ACTION FOCUSED CURRICULM

Over the course of each 2-day experience, you will participate in a curriculum designed to help you implement key leadership development concepts directly to into your career. Each experience includes a workbook with supplemental materials to support the content.

SMALL GROUP COACHING

After each curriculum session, the you will participate in small, group coaching sessions with a career + leadership coach to answer your specific questions and drive home key concepts from the previous lesson.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

Outside of the curriculm and coaching, we want to ensure that you leave each experience with new contacts to support your career growth. We facilitate peer mentors and guided relationship building activities to ensure you meet everyone in the room.
